At the end-March, less than 2,000 GPs had registered as vaccinators in the national Covid-19 immunisation programme. This is about 27% of the some 7,000 GPs nationwide. Why so few have GPs signed up to be part of the vaccination plan - is it hesitance or are there bureaucratic barriers to entry?
