Around the world, young people have taken part in remarkable political and social mobilisation in the past year. They have participated in global climate change strikes, and led protests against ruling elites, corruption and inequality in many countries. However, many youth people frequently think that their messages are devalued or ignored, and that they can be excluded from decision-making processes.
