Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said it is time to talk to Moscow in a video address on March 19, 2022. In his speech, he also said this is the only chance for Russia to reduce the harm from its own mistakes. The two sides have been involved in talks for weeks with no sign of a breakthrough.
