Hundreds of Indian students are still trapped in Sumi, Ukraine, where there is constant firing and bombing. The Central Government has launched Operation Ganga to rescue the Indians trapped there. So far, more than 17000 Indians have been repatriated, but 700 people are still trapped in Sumi, which is facing a fierce battle.

यूक्रेन के सुमी में अभी भी सैकड़ों भारतीय छात्र फंसे हुए हैं यहां लगातार गोलीबारी और बमबारी हो रही है. वहां फंसे भारतीयों को निकालने के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने ऑपरेशन गंगा चलाया है. अब तक 17000 से ज्यादा भारतीयों की स्वदेश वापसी हो चुकी है, लेकिन भीषण जंग झेल रहे सुमी में अब भी 700 लोग फंसे हुए हैं.
