Prime Minister Boris Johnson and Dutch prime minister Mark Rutte have pledged to reduce their country's dependency on Russian oil and gas amidst Vladimir Putin's invasion of Ukraine.
Johnson admitted there would be a transitional period in which a coalition of countries would have to look for substitute supplies with Rutte adding ending the "painful reality" would take time.
