According to local officials, heavy artillery had hit residential areas in the second-largest city of Ukraine and shelling had damaged a television tower on Sunday. The British military intelligence said that Russian forces were targeting populated areas in multiple locations in Ukraine, including Kharkiv, Chernihiv and Mariupol, as reported by Reuters.
