Dog trainers of Quezon City Animal Care and Adoption Center in Lupang Pangako in Payatas Quezon City teaches impounded dogs with basic obedience training last March 03, 2022. The trained dogs will serve as service dogs to some offices in Quezon City or will serve as emotional support animals who will be serving as stress reliever to hospitals and home for the aged.
