In a desperate bid to defend their city, Kyiv residents have picked up the gun as Russia advances on the capital. Residents were also told by the Ukrainian defence ministry to make molotov cocktails to stop the occupiers. Male citizens aged 18-60 are forbidden to leave Ukraine.
