After paying his respect to the late Tan Kai Hee at a memorial in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, Chinese ambassador to Malaysia Ouyang Yujing told reporters that Tan had a legendary life fighting for the rights of the underprivileged and upholding the noble values of giving back to society.
