A delicious Beetroot Raita recipe. It's healthy, takes very little time to make and most importantly, yeh Budget Mein Hai!

Ingredients:
Beetroot - 2
Onion - 1 medium size
Green chili - 2
Curd - 2 cup
Coriander leaves
Jeera powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Peel and grate the beetroot. Chop the green chillies, onions, coriander leaves and keep aside.
Whisk curd in a bowl and add all the ingredients. Give it a good mix and it is ready to eat.
You can put a tadka to it with oil, mustard seeds, and curry leaves if you like
