The United States says Russia continues to reinforce its military presence around the borders of Ukraine - with as many as seven-thousand troops recently deployed. A White House official said Russia could at any moment stage an incident serving as a pretext for invasion. Moscow has accused the West of 'whipping up hysteria.' The BBC's Tim Allman reports.
