There is bad news for the common people on the inflation front. Retail inflation in the country has reached 6.01 percent. In January, the retail inflation rate has risen to 6.01 percent from 5.66 percent in the previous month, which is the highest level of retail inflation in six months. The level of retail inflation is believed to be the effect of the prices of fruits and vegetables. At the same time, the price of crude oil is also increasing rapidly and due to this also the effect on inflation is being seen.

महंगाई के मोर्चे पर आम लोगों के लिये बुरी खबर है. देश में खुदरा महंगाई (Retail Inflation) 6.01 फीसदी पर पहुंच गई है. जनवरी महीने में खुदरा महंगाई दर पिछले महीने के 5.66 फीसदी से बढ़कर 6.01 फीसदी पर जा पहुंची है , यह छह माह में खुदरा महंगाई का सबसे उच्चतम स्तर है. खुदरा महंगाई के स्तर को फल और सब्जियों के दामों का असर माना जा रहा है. साथ ही कच्चे तेल के दाम भी तेजी से बढ़ रहे हैं और इस कारण भी मुद्रास्फीति पर असर देखा जा रहा है.
