In Uttar Pradesh, the second phase of polling is on February 14. 586 candidates are in the fray for 55 seats. Every fourth candidate is tainted. The number of Muslim voters is high in most of the nine districts where there is voting. Rampur has the highest 50% Muslim population.

उत्तर प्रदेश में 14 फरवरी को सेकंड फेज का मतदान है. 55 सीटों पर 586 उम्मीदवार मैदान में हैं. हर चौथा उम्मीदवार दागी है. जिन 9 जिलों में मतदान है उनमें से अधिकतर जगहों पर मुस्लिम वोटर की संख्या ज्यादा है. रामपुर में सबसे ज्यादा 50% मुस्लिम आबादी है.
