मध्य प्रदेश (Madhya Pradesh) के कटनी (Katni) जिले में शनिवार की देर शाम बड़ा हादसा हो गया. कटनी जिले में नर्मदा घाटी परियोजना ( Narmada Valley project) के तहत बनाई जा रही अंडरग्राउंड टनल (underground tunnel ) धंस गई है, जिससे काम कर रहे कई मजदूर (workers) अंदर फंस गए हैं. घटना करीब 7:30 बजे बरगी दाएं तट नहर के लिए बनाई जा रही अंडर ग्राउंड टनल के निर्माण के दौरान घटी। इस हादसे के बाद 5 मजदूरों को सकुशल निकाला गया जबकि चार मजदूर अब भी दबे हुए हैं.

A major accident took place in Katni district of Madhya Pradesh late on Saturday evening. The underground tunnel being built under the Narmada Valley project in Katni district has collapsed, trapping many workers inside. The incident took place at around 7:30 am during the construction of underground tunnel for Bargi right bank canal. After this accident, 5 laborers were rescued safely while four laborers are still buried.
