Ahead of Punjab Assembly Elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) President JP Nadda on February 12 lauded the work of his party done in favour of the Sikh community. “PM Modi did the work of making 'langar' tax-free in India. Kartarpur corridor was possible because of our PM. He spent Rs 120 crore on its construction. No one has done the development of Sikhs & farmers as much as PM Modi did,” said JP Nadda. The Legislative Assembly Elections will be held in Punjab on February 20, 2022 to elect 117 MLAs. The results will be declared on March 10.
