Covid-19 Watch: 119 Omicron cases detected since Feb 9, national Rt now 1.51, says Health DG

Out of the 188 variant of concern (VOC) cases reported from Wednesday (Feb 9) to Friday, 119 cases have been confirmed to be of the Omicron variant.
Health director-general Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah also said the remaining 69 cases were found to be of the Delta variant.
Meanwhile, a total of 20,939 new Covid-19 cases were reported over the past 24 hours, while the current national infectivity rate is at 1.51.
