The High Court has given a big blow to those demanding to wear Hijab in Karnataka. The court has banned the wearing of religious dress in schools and colleges till the decision in this matter and said that educational institutions can be opened till then. The next hearing in the case will now be held on Monday at 2:30 pm. During the hearing on Thursday, the court made an important remark that students cannot insist on religious dress from schools and colleges. Chief Justice told the state government that schools and colleges should be opened immediately and it is necessary to have education.

Karnataka में Hijab पहनने की मांग करने वालों को High Court ने बड़ा झटका दिया है. अदालत ने इस मामले में फैसला आने तक स्कूल-कॉलेजों में धार्मिक पोशाक पहनकर जाने पर रोक लगाई है और कहा कि तब तक शिक्षण संस्थान खोले जा सकते हैं. मामले में अगली सुनवाई अब सोमवार को दोपहर 2:30 बजे की जाएगी.गुरुवार को सुनवाई के दौरान कोर्ट ने अहम टिप्पणी करते हुए कहा कि छात्र स्कूलों और कॉलेजों से धार्मिक ड्रेस के लिए जिद नहीं कर सकते हैं. चीफ जस्टिस ने राज्य सरकार से कहा कि स्कूलों और कॉलेजों को तत्काल खोलना चाहिए और पढ़ाई होना जरूरी है
