In Karnataka, the spark of the ongoing controversy over wearing hijab in the classroom is increasing. Today a group of protesting students wearing saffron shawls reached the college after which the classes were suspended and the campus was closed. At the same time, two people carrying deadly weapons have been arrested during a protest at a government college in Kundapur in Udupi district of Karnataka.

कर्नाटक में क्लासरूम में हिजाब पहनने को लेकर चल रहे विवाद की चिंगारी बढ़ती जा रही है. आज विरोध कर रहे स्‍टूडेंट्स का एक समूह भगवा शॉल पहनकर कॉलेज पहुंचा जिसके बाद क्लासेज सस्पेंड कर दी गईं और कैंपस को बंद कर दिया गया. वहीं, कर्नाटक के उडुपी जिले के कुंडापुर में एक सरकारी कॉलेज में विरोध प्रदर्शन के दौरान घातक हथियार लेकर जा रहे दो लोगों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है.
