The Court of Appeal on Monday (Feb 7) dismissed an appeal by Health Minister Khairy Jamaluddin in a lawsuit filed by Opposition leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim relating to a speech the minister made in a political rally 14 years ago.
