Former Mumbai Police Commissioner Param Bir Singh in his statement to the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case, has said that he had 'direct pressure' from then state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh for Vaze's reinstatement and alleged that he received 'instructions' from Aaditya Thackeray and Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray.
