Scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected over several parts of the country due to the prevalence of shear line and a low pressure area (LPA) outside the country’s area of responsibility, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said on Wednesday, Feb. 2.
