Ariana DeBose, Lashana Lynch, Harris Dickinson, Millicent Simmonds and Kodi Smit-McPhee named as the nominees for the EE BAFTA Rising Star Award as voting opens for the only award selected by the British public and given out on the ceremony on 13 March.
