To mark the 30th anniversary of diplomatic relations between India and Israel on January 29, the Gateway of India in Mumbai lit up in shades of both nations’ flags. Speaking on the occasion, Prime Minister Narendra Modi greeted both Indians and Israelis in their native languages. Israel will mark 75 years of independence next year.
