President Ram Nath Kovind reached Rajpath, Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed and greeted him. PM Modi reached the National War Memorial first and paid tribute to the martyrs with two minutes. After that he reached Rajpath. President Kovind left Rashtrapati Bhavan and reached the venue amidst heavy security. Watch the video.
