On the eve of Republic Day 2022, the government on Tuesday announced the final list of names for Padma Awards 2022. Apart from Prabha Atre, Radheyshyam Khemka, General Bipin Rawat and Kalyan Singh will be awarded the Padma Vibhushan posthumously on the 71st Republic Day on Sunday. Among the other 17 Padma Vibhushan awardees are Ghulam Nabi Azad, Victor Banerjee, Gurmeet Bawa (Posthumous), Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee, Natarajan Chandrasekaran, Krishna Ella and Smt. Suchitra Ella (Duo), Madhur Jaffery, Devendra Jhajharia, Rashid Khan, Rajiv Mehrishi, Satya Narayana Nadella, Sundararajan Pichai, Cyrus Poonawalla, Sanjaya Rajaram (Posthumous), Pratibha Ray, Swami Sachidanand and Vashishth Tripathi.
