The havoc of cold is increasing from Delhi NCR to the whole of North India. It has been freezing cold in North India since last one week. According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of rain in Delhi from 21 to 23 January. After this, there is a possibility of increasing cold wave and cold in Delhi till the whole of January. Watch.
