In the second ODI between India vs South Africa, Indian captain KL Rahul won the toss and decided to bat first. Batting first, India got off to a great start as both the openers Shikhar Dhawan and KL Rahul put on a 50-run partnership for the first wicket. India got the first blow in the form of Shikhar Dhawan where the first wicket fell for 63 runs, in which Dhawan's bat contributed runs.
