This class is a strong Coffee Cup Workout for muffin top and love handles. We are going to get the heart rate up and strengthen the cardiovascular system, which is such a needed compliment to a more fluid yoga practice. It is a "huffing and puffing" / death circle type of class. Gratitude is the focus.
Expect jumping, squats, lunges, plank jumps, twists and some table top pulses at the end. Expect LEG BURN!
