Delhi is facing a double whammy of fog and cold. Not only the capital, but in most of the North India states of the country, the effect of both of them is considerable. Cold wave is going on in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Haryana, Punjab and other north Indian states, due to which normal life has been disturbed. Meanwhile, according to the Meteorological Department, it may rain in the capital today, due to which the sun will not come out and the effect of cold will increase

दिल्ली में कोहरे और ठंड की दोहरी मार पड़ रही है. राजधानी ही नहीं, बल्कि देश के ज्यादातर उत्तर भारत राज्यों में इन दोनों का असर काफी है. उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, हरियाणा, पंजाब समेत अन्य उत्तर भारत वाले राज्यों में शीतलहर चल रही है, जिससे आम जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त हो गया है. इस बीच मौसम विभाग के अनुसार आज राजधानी में बारिश हो सकती है जिसके कारण धूप नहीं निकलेगी और ठंड का प्रभाव बढ़ जाएगा.
