Shiv Sena, NCP announce alliance for Goa election

Shiva Sena and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) have announced alliance ahead of the upcoming Goa Assembly elections. Praful Patel, the NCP leader said an alliance proposal was offered to Congress but "they did not say yes or no".
