Bengal has extended the deadline for restrictions related to Covid-19 till 31 January. However, the Mamta government has given some relaxation in the rules of Covid-19 on Saturday. From now on, 200 guests can attend the wedding ceremony at a time. Apart from this, organizing fairs in open ground in a very limited way was allowed.
Guests will be able to gather up to 50 percent capacity of any event in Bengal. Bengal Chief Secretary HK Dwivedi said that till now the restrictions or relaxations related to Corona (COVID-19 protocols) which were already in force, have now been extended till January 31.


बंगाल ने Covid-19 से जुड़ी पाबंदियों की समयसीमा 31 जनवरी तक बढ़ा दी है. हालांकि Mamta government ने शनिवार को कोविड-19 के नियमों में कुछ ढील दी है। अब से शादी के कार्यक्रम में एक साथ 200 मेहमान शामिल हो सकते हैं। इसके अलावा बेहद सीमित रूप में खुले मैदान में मेलों के आयोजन की अनुमति दी.
बंगाल में किसी भी आयोजन में 50 फीसदी क्षमता तक मेहमान एकत्रित हो सकेंगे. बंगाल के मुख्य सचिव एचके द्विवेदी ने कहा कि अभी तक कोरोना से जुड़ी पाबंदियां या ढील (COVID-19 protocols) जो पहले से लागू थीं, उन्हें अब बढ़ाकर 31 जनवरी तक बढ़ा दिया गया है.
