The TTPS is seeking to assure that the investigation into the Boxing Day event aboard the Ocean Pelican continues apace.

That's despite some skepticism from some members of the public.

At a media briefing on Friday, the TTPS top brass said the person in question -- Adrian Scoon, has not been fully-co-operating with the investigation.

However, police say they've now successfully navigated that hurdle.
