After one crew member aboard the cruise ship tested positive for Covid, the samples of over 2000 passengers and crew members on the ship were tested. Of these, 66 passengers have tested positive for the virus.

Meanwhile, vaccination drive began on Monday to inoculate those in the 15-18 age group against coronavirus. Students who received their first dose of the vaccine encouraged others to get the jab as well.
