As COVID-19 cases double by the day, the country is back to high risk classification. The rising cases reverse gains when the numbers improved to minimal risk last month.
Today, the Health department reports over 4,000 new cases, 16 more deaths and almost 500 recoveries. The numbers exclude data from 23 laboratories.
