The Sessions Court has rejected the bail plea of ​​five other accused including Ashish Mishra. Due to the error in the papers of the application filed for bail, the court rejected the application.


लखीमपुर हिंसा मामले (Lakhimpur Kheri Case) के मुख्य आरोपी केंद्रीय गृह राज्य मंत्री अजय मिश्रा टेनी (Ajay Mishra Teni) के बेटे आशीष मिश्रा (Ashish Mishra) को कोर्ट से बड़ा झटका लगा है. सत्र न्यायालय ने आशीष मिश्रा समेत अन्य पांच आरोपियों की जमानत याचिका खारिज कर दी है. जमानत के लिए दाखिल की गई अर्जी के कागजों में त्रुटि के चलते कोर्ट ने प्रार्थना पत्र को अस्वीकार कर दिया है.
