Delhi woke up to this winter’s coldest morning on Sunday as the mercury dipped to 4.6 degrees Celsius, according to the Indian Meteorological Department. Cold wave-like conditions, brought on by chilly northwesterly winds, will continue to prevail in the city for the next few days. Watch the video for more information.
