Ahead of the 2022 Uttarakhand Assembly polls, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on December 14 promised cash assistance of Rs 1,000 per month for every woman above the age 18 years of age.  “I'm not a leader, I don't know how to do politics. We only know how to work. We've given 10 lakh jobs to people in Delhi and will give you here also. We will give every woman of the state, who is above 18 years of age, Rs 1000 per month,” said Delhi CM.
