Robinhood Working on Making Crypto Gift Cards Available

Robinhood ($HOOD@US) Markets is currently working on a new feature that will allow users to send cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Dogecoin via digital gift cards. When users send these gift cards, they can be accompanied by a message of up to 180 characters. Additionally, Robinhood will offer a feature that allows senders to retract these gifts before they are accepted. Currently, Robinhood supports Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Bitcoin SV, Ethereum, Ethereum Classic, Dogecoin, and Litecoin. The platform is also looking at supporting Shiba Inu by January 2022, and it is already testing out crypto wallets. At press time, Robinhood shares were down over 2% in premarket trading at $19.70.
