Misinformation is an ongoing problem in the battle to get Australia's vaccinated, nowhere more so than in the country's remote indigenous communities. When a hard lockdown was introduced in parts of the Northern Territory, those on the ground say they were bombarded with "a tidal wave of wrong information" triggered by unproven and false statements about the pandemic response.
