While addressing the public at inaugural ceremony of the Kashi Vishwanath Dham at Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on December 13 said, “The new India is proud of its culture and also has confidence in its ability. There is 'Virasat' and 'Vikas' in the new India.”
