maghahain na raw ang ilang petitioner ng mosyon para tuluyang ibasura ang kontrobersyal na batas.
Sabi naman ng Office of the Solicitor General na nagtanggol sa Anti-Terrorism Law,
patunay raw ang desisyon ng Korte na kailangan ng batas para protektahan ang bansa laban sa terorismo.
