The Umno Supreme Council has expressed their disappointment in the court of appeal's decision to uphold former Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak's conviction, saying that Umno believes that the judicial system should always uphold a high standard of justice.

Umno secretary-general Ahmad Maslan said the court decision was among the topics discussed last night at the Umno Supreme Council meeting.
