The Road Transport Department (JPJ) faced an interruption in providing their services, due to a “traffic jam” on their website as motorists try to get a 80% discount on their summonses.
Without online services, motorists could still attempt to pay in person at various locations like the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) counter where many queued for hours on Thursday (Dec 9).
