Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has informed Parliament that a tri-services inquiry has begun into the chopper crash which killed India's 1st ever CDS. The inquiry will be headed by Air Marshal Manvendra Singh, who is the Commander of Air Force’s training command and a seasoned helicopter pilot himself.
