The cases of Omicron, a new variant of Corona, are increasing continuously in the country. The new variant of the corona virus is believed to be more contagious than other variants including Omicron Delta. In view of the same New Year and Christmas, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has imposed Section 144 in the capital Lucknow. This order has come into force with immediate effect and will be effective till January 5, 2022.

देश में कोरोना के नए वैरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन के मामले लगातार बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। कोरोना वायरस का नया वैरिएंट ओमिक्रॉन डेल्टा समेत अन्य दूसरे वैरिएंट की तुलना में ज्यादा संक्रामक माना जा रहा है। वंही न्यू ईयर और क्रिसमस को देखते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश की योगी सरकार ने राजधानी लखनऊ में धारा 144 लगा दी है. ये आदेश तत्काल प्रभाव से लागू हो गया है और 5 जनवरी 2022 तक प्रभावी रहेगा.
