A new record low in the country's COVID-19 numbers. The Health department reports 356 new infections on Tuesday, the lowest in 17 months. The last time daily cases were this low was in July 2020 when there were less than 300 new cases.
The World Health Organization says countries may reopen once they maintain a positivity rate of below 5 percent for at least for 14 days.
