SC raps Delhi govt for reopening schools despite pollution

The Supreme Court on Thursday asked the Delhi government why schools were still open in the national capital despite high pollution levels. Schools, colleges and other educational institutions in Delhi resumed on November 29 after they were shut down for 15 days in view of high pollution level in the city.
