The Congress has complained to the Maharashtra Lokayukta over the failure of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) to demolish a part of Amitabh Bachchan's Pratiksha bungalow. Congress has raised questions on the inaction of BMC. In fact, in July this year, the BMC had directed the survey officers of the Mumbai Suburban Collectorate to identify the demolition part of the Pratiksha bungalow. In this case, BMC had sent a notice to Amitabh in 2017 to which no response was received.

महानायक Amitabh Bachchan के Pratiksha bungalow के एक हिस्से को ढहाने में Mumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) के असफल रहने पर कांग्रेस ने महाराष्ट्र लोकायुक्त से शिकायत की है। कांग्रेस ने बीएमसी की निष्क्रियता पर सवाल उठाए हैं। दरअसल इसी साल जुलाई में बीएमसी ने मुंबई उपनगरीय कलेक्ट्रेट के सर्वे अधिकारियों को प्रतीक्षा बंगले के तोड़े जाने वाले हिस्से को चिह्नित करने के निर्देश दिए थे। इस मामले में BMC ने 2017 में mitabh Bachchan को नोटिस भेजी थी जिसका कोई जवाब नहीं मिला था।
