After a bill to repeal the Centre’s three contentious farm laws was passed by both Houses of Parliament on Monday without any debate, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi said this shows the government is scared of discussion. The bills were passed amid sloganeering by Opposition leaders in both the Rajya Sabha and the Lok Sabha. While the Opposition MPs were demanding a discussion on the universally accepted repeal bill, the government held that there was no need for any such talks. Watch this video.
