: "I filmed this video while walking around Philly. I've lived here my whole life and never seen a SEPTA bus display this. I pulled out my phone to record what was happening to get any info I might have needed to follow up, but as I did the driver opened the bus door and said that the sign was broken. The bus was empty, so I believed him and posted this video later that night."
